Dawn Harvey, founder of Big Fish has over 15 years experience of helping individuals and organisations accelerate their performance.

Dawn has worked with leaders and managers in sectors including, retail banking, financial services, I.T., construction, housing and retail.  She has also added value to sme’s in construction, I.T., telecoms and professional services.

Dawn is also a tutor and coach/mentor for The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest coach training organisation.

Big Fish uses a network of carefully chosen trainers and coaches across the U.K. each with a particular area of expertise.
